We love corn on the cob! During summertime, it not only tastes best, but it’s cheap! However, the idea of shucking corn on the cob can be a turnoff for some. Thanks to my brilliant hubby, we have a great way to enjoy corn on the cob – without shucking – in only 3 minutes!
Step one: With a sharp knife, cut the BOTTOM off of the cob – just beyond the thickest point.
Step Two: Place in microwave on high for 2-3 minutes (depending on the size of corn)
