I decided I would do my next post on delicious Nectarine and Honey Frozen Yogurt Popsicles. As soon as I finished making them, I asked my sweet hubby to taste them. He said, “They’re Okay. But, ya know what’s a lot easier…” He then went to the fridge, grabbed a yogurt, gave a quick shake and tossed it in the freezer.
Obviously, I was offended. I quickly explained how much better it was to use fresh fruit..Greek yogurt… blah blah blah. Ultimately, I realized his idea was ingenious in its simplicity and was definitely worth sharing! After all, I’m surrounded by man-boys and the time and effort it takes to make homemade frozen yogurt popsicles, is entirely lost on them.
Step One: Shake yogurt a bit.
Step Two: Place in freezer for 4-6 hours.
Step Three: Peel off lid and squeeze the frozen yogurt, pushing the yogurt upward till it’s halfway out of the container.
Step Four: Stick a popsicle stick into the center of the yogurt, flip yogurt over and finish squeezing it out all the way.
